Your Business

Precisely because it is your business we don’t try to ‘learn about your business’, or ‘get a handle on your industry’, we sit down with you and listen to what you want us to do for your business.

If we’ve come across something along the way that may be of use to your business, or have seen something similar that might interest you, we would of course share that with you, but our objective is to learn about what you want us to do for you and not spend our time on things that you don’t want or need us to.

We can do a range of things for your business that are further explained below, however we will never lose sight of our main objective which is to do what we do best and do that for your business in the way you want it done, and do it as quickly and efficiently as possible to maximise the benefit for your business, and ours.

Your Website

We are acutely aware of the potential benefits of a website, but those potential benefits need to be converted into real benefits for your business. Even if it is a single page website it still projects the image of your business, just the same as a business card, if it is all the potential customer sees initially then make sure it is enough for that potential customer to turn into a paying customer.

You almost certainly have already heard about all of the amazing things that various designers and website builders can do with your website, what the benefits of those wonderful things are to you and your customers both short and long term and that for a few thousand pounds it’s a great investment blah blah blah. You won’t hear that from us, the first thing you will hear is, “what do you want to get out of your website?”, and then we can work from there.

Again, if we think your are maybe missing a trick, we’ll let you know, but our function is not to sell you amazon.com when all you want is an online business card, our function is to do what you want, quickly, efficiently and make it as good as it possibly can be.

Your Visitors

Once your website is live and being seen, you’ll need to know who is seeing it, when are they seeing it, how often are they seeing it, which bits are they looking at. You’ll want to know everything you’d want to know about any potential customer that visits your office or your stand at an exhibition or your shop or showroom.

Like any other aspect of your business this sort of information is critical, it is a simple measure of the effectiveness of that part of your business and whilst the website may not be the core of your business, it is important, so these basic measures of website efficiency should be current, clear, simple and easy to interpret.

Whilst your website can’t reveal the hair and eye colour of the people that visit it, there is plenty that can be done to gain other information about your website visitors and try and convert those casual visitors into real leads that can be contacted and turned from casual browsers into actual customers.

Your Maintenance

Another fundamental part of any website, critical or non-critical, large or small is the maintenance of it. Again like any other part of your business the website must be maintained so it keeps functioning smoothly and doesn’t start working against you. It must be kept up to date with any changes in your business, ranging from phone numbers and addresses to personnel changes and total company re-branding.

If your products or services change, your prices vary, your customer message changes or there is simply something you want everyone customer, existing or potential, to know, the website is a great way to do that, as long as you have someone at the end of the phone, or e-mail, to do it for you and do it for you fast.

The nature of our business dictates that we always have someone there and ready to make that change for you, virtually any hour of the day, virtually any day of the year.

Your e-commerce

Selling online is something we do ourselves, it is a core part of our business, so we know e-commerce, we know how to do it, we know how to run it, and we know the pitfalls, the hassles, the requirements, the benefits the lot…

If you want to sell your products or services online then all you have to do is ask and we can show you how, from top to bottom.

If you want the satisfaction of coming into the office in the morning and finding an e-mail amongst the junk that tells you to click here to go to the online administration part of your e-commerce website to see the latest order that has come in, then ask us about upgrading your website to sell online.

Your Management

You already have enough to manage as it is; stock, sales, customers, personnel, contacts, e-mail, the list goes on and on. We know by first and second hand experience that help is out there, we are major computer users and major managers of information. If you feel that your business is not getting enough out of its computers and that you could manage better the information that you have and receive, then ask us what we can do to help.

Again the webfront philosophy is not to hard sell you anything at all, you tell us where you think that something could possibly be done to improve your business efficiency when it comes to using your computers, e-mail, internet website anything at all computer related, and we’ll look at it and let you know what we think.

We can recommend software, write you a macro, create you a template, re-organise your office server all sorts of things that you’ve always felt could be improved but have just never known quite how. We do know how and we can show you.
